Expiration of a business year is not a condition for dissolution of a partnership. A partnership can continue to operateindefinitely as long as the partners agree to do so. The other options, such as continuous disagreement among partners,mutual consent of the partners, and termination of the venture, can all lead to the dissolution of a partnership.
