Applying BODMAS, you have to first simplify the ones in the bracket
Divide by the L.C.M of the denominators (3 and 4).
3 goes into 12, 4 times, then you use it to multiply the numerator (2)
4 goes into 12, 3 times, then you use it to multiply the numerator (1)
Simplify the fraction
You can now remove the bracket since its been simplified
Apply the fraction division rule
Thus you turn the fraction at the right and change the division to multiplication
Now cancel out. 5 cancels each other and 6 goes into 12, 2 times
Apply the multiplication of fraction rule
